What data we process

This website is an informational showcase: it has no registration forms, accounts or payment systems. The only personal data processed is what you choose to send us by email, phone or WhatsApp (your name, contact details and the content of your message).

Why we process it

Solely to reply to your enquiries or quotation requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, within the limits set by law.

Who we share it with

No one. Your data is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, your message passes through the servers of the respective provider (Meta, Google) under their own privacy policies.

Third-party services

The site loads graphics libraries from the public CDN cdnjs.cloudflare.com (Cloudflare). In serving these files, Cloudflare may process your IP address under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Aruba S.p.A. servers in Italy, which may keep technical access logs.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to cavanna.violins@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (gpdp.it).
